I made it in time to see the Collective play Beatles songs!

It’s Always so hard to say goodbye to Jeremiah, Charlotte, and Isaak, and the doggies and my family… but I was on a mission to get to the Beatles Day in Niles. I had forgotten how far it was from the cabin in the woods on many windy roads. But as I said, I was on a mission. I hope I get to see everyone soon. Now off to Beatles Day I go.

It took me over two and a half hours on some crazy roads to get to Beatles Day in Niles! I was so late. But I got there just as the Collective, the final band of the day, began to play. I was sad to miss the other bands, but I was so happy I made it! My friends Diane and Margaret helped set up the event and wow! Beatles Day was an epic success! The collective is wonderful! And seeing my good friends Diane and Margaret warmed my heart. Listen to those stellar guitar solos. Wow!

There were groovy flags, folks of all ages digging the Beatles music which transcends generations. I walked around with Margaret who showed me all the cool Beatles-related drawings and words she drew all around the concert area. I was super impressed.

Some of the groovy chalk art my good friend Margaret drew all around the Beatles Day festivities!
